huh~
it's 9pm , i just came out from the baking room.
I promised aunty to help her out on baking cookies as the order is about 1200 sets~! I can't imagine how much cookies i had made with cousins and workers this few days , just keeping ourselves move on : stir the ingredients , mould the shape , bake cookies and look on the temperature , and lastly packaging .
The process repeated numerously as if we were machine. I seemed to have tireless energy during the process but once i have a rest , i felt so exhausted! Cookies are not simply just cookies!
I had a good experience on how to make cookies . They are great! Hope that i'm not giving them any trouble =p
I love chocolate cookies more now~~~
